Use a checklist based on your property type and if these tips apply to you

Park vehicles away from the house, and kindly ask neighbors not to park in front of your property.
Mow the lawn and tidy up the yard.
Remove children’s or pet toys.
Hide garden hoses.
Arrange outdoor furniture and open umbrellas.
Open the pool and jacuzzi. Make sure they are clean. Remove inflatable toys and float rings.
Remove BBQ covers.
Hide trash cans.
Clean windows and glass doors.

Replace burnt-out light bulbs.
Hide electrical cords and cables.
Put away remotes and chargers.
Clean the surfaces from dust.
